Covington, OH — Insta-Valve 250 insertion valves and HSF 250 line stops provided targeted shutdown during a water main replacement and emergency valve replacement.
The Village of Covington had an ambitious 90-day project to replace the water main and more through the center of town. Unfortunately, an unknown water service line was snagged and the top half of an 8” valve blew off, causing water to shoot 10”–12” out of the street.
